Refund and Return Policy – Effective October 26, 2025
At EasyBuys (“we,” “our,” “us”), customer satisfaction is important, but we also must protect our business from abuse or misuse of our policies.
By purchasing through www.easybuys.com, you agree to the following terms.
We accept return and refund requests within 30 calendar days from the delivery date shown on your shipment tracking record. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, unassembled (if applicable), and in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact. Customers must provide proof of purchase and a valid order number. Requests submitted after 30 days or for items not in resalable condition may be denied at EasyBuys’ sole discretion.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method only, and depending on your bank, may take 5–10 business days to appear after approval. Shipping, handling, and insurance costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error (such as receiving the wrong or defective product).
For defective or damaged items, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos showing the issue. If your claim is approved, we will issue a replacement or full refund, including standard shipping.
Products marked “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” “Customized,” or “Special Order” are not eligible for return or refund.
To initiate a return, contact support@easybuys.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number; returns sent without authorization will not be processed. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a trackable courier service; EasyBuys is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Once received, returned items are inspected, and refunds may be reduced for missing parts, damage, or signs of use. EasyBuys reserves the right to reject or limit returns suspected of fraudulent or excessive activity.
This policy complies with applicable U.S. consumer-protection laws, including the California Civil Code §1723, Federal Trade Commission refund guidelines, and all relevant state commerce regulations. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
EasyBuys may update or modify this Refund Policy at any time, and continued use of our website or products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
