Shipping Policy – Effective October 26, 2025

At EasyBuys (“we,” “our,” “us”), we strive to deliver your orders quickly, securely, and at a fair rate. By purchasing from www.easybuys.com, you agree to the following shipping terms.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times vary based on product type, location, and availability.

Domestic U.S. orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days, while international orders may take 10–25 business days depending on customs clearance and local carrier efficiency. Some items ship directly from our partner manufacturers or fulfillment centers in the United States or abroad (including China) to ensure faster delivery and lower costs.

Once an order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email; please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear. EasyBuys is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs inspections, weather, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout; EasyBuys is not liable for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up from the carrier, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees. EasyBuys is not liable for theft or loss of packages confirmed as “delivered” by the carrier.

Any claims for damaged or missing items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by photos and proof of purchase. In such cases, we will investigate and, at our discretion, issue a replacement or refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of EasyBuys error. Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees; these are not included in our product or shipping prices.

By ordering through EasyBuys, you agree to comply with all import and export laws in your jurisdiction. We currently ship to most U.S. states and select international destinations; certain regions may be excluded due to carrier restrictions or trade regulations.
