By visiting, registering on, or making any purchase through www.easybuys.com (“EasyBuys,” “we,” “our,” “us”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy.

You affirm that you are at least 18 years old, using this site for lawful personal or business purposes, and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Prices, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice. Orders are accepted only upon confirmation of payment authorization, and EasyBuys reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud, mispricing, or unauthorized use of payment credentials.

All products are sold in U.S. dollars and shipped from our fulfillment centers or partner manufacturers; shipping and delivery dates are estimates only. Title and risk of loss transfer to you once goods are handed to the carrier. EasyBuys is not liable for delays or damages caused by shipping providers, customs inspections, natural disasters, labor disputes, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Return requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of delivery; returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with proof of purchase. Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method minus shipping costs unless caused by our error.

All content, designs, trademarks, and software on this site are the exclusive property of EasyBuys or its licensors and may not be copied, distributed, or modified without express written consent.

The site, its content, and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyBuys disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or service interruptions; our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product at issue.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EasyBuys, its officers, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
