We accept return and refund requests within 30 calendar days from the delivery date shown on your shipment tracking record. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, unassembled (if applicable), and in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact. Customers must provide proof of purchase and a valid order number. Requests submitted after 30 days or for items not in resalable condition may be denied at EasyBuys’ sole discretion.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times vary based on product type, location, and availability.
